I have over 30 years in eating disorder recovery, working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. But more than my experience? I bring energy, warmth, and honest guidance to help you reclaim your voice — and fuel your body along the way.
Outside of work, I run, trail ride, care for my 2 dogs, 2 horses, and 6 chickens (one has only one leg!), and love life with my blended family of 4 kids and 10 grandkids.
