what I do

We’re not chasing weight goals, rigid plans, or perfection.

We’re building:
  • Trust with your body
  • Consistent fueling habits
  • Freedom from rules and obsession
  • A healthier relationship with food and yourself

Your body doesn’t need to be micromanaged.
It needs to be fueled enough to function as efficiently as possible.

I’ll come alongside you — not lecture you — and we’ll focus on your goals, your pace, and your progress tailored specifically to you.

I’m Brina, It’s great to meet you!

Intuitive eating is learning to trust your body again.

It means honoring both what you enjoy eating and what your body needs to function well. Instead of following rigid rules, you learn to listen to your body’s signals — hunger, fullness, energy, and satisfaction — and respond to them consistently.

Your body doesn’t need to be micromanaged.
It needs to be fueled and supported.

What is intuitive eating?

There’s a lot of nutrition information out there — but information isn’t the same as personalized care.

Here’s how Brina helps:
  • Assess your nutritional status and any medical concerns
  • Identify eating disorder patterns that may feel “normal”
  • Provide individualized guidance based on your needs
  • Support you with accountability and realistic goals
  • Help you feel more confident in real-life situations with food

Why should I add a dietitian to my team (especially in the age of AI)?

Brina typically recommends meeting weekly for the first month to build momentum and start creating real change.

After that, we’ll adjust based on your needs, goals, and progress. Some clients continue weekly, while others transition to biweekly or monthly sessions.
This is a process — we’ll find a rhythm that works for you.
